● Terry fox run, athletic council has begun, flag football team, int girls and boys volleyball, concert band, grade ⅞ morning announcements

● Reorg: phone calls will start happening tomorrow, some major class changes, a new grade five class will be opened (students pulled from existing grade five classes to create a new class), teachers are working hard to select students to be moved

Jaclyn motioned to dissolve the 24/25 council, Sarah seconded it - council is now dissolved
Introduce the 25/26 Council
● Kosta, Lindsay, Tanisha, Laura, Jaclyn, Natalie, Kezia, Sarah, Lily, Heather, Janet, Jana, Kristy, Andrea, Annapurna, Raji - we need nine for quorum
Announcement of the Exec Positions for 25/26 School Year
● Communications (pending approval of this new position)
○ Definition of role: anything that is from WVPS council will go out to the community via the inform messenger, everything communication wise will go through the school - role is approved, scope of the role to be determined at the next meeting
